Payton's Advisory Program is a collaboration between teachers and a student committee that designs and revises lesson plans for use in 40-minute advisories during five-day weeks. Freshman Advisories are assisted by PALS, a group of outstanding Juniors and Seniors selected on the basis of academic and personal strengths.
