College Scholarships
Please make your students aware of the "College Bound" scholarship which is available at:
www.CollegeBoundChicago.org.
Students are required to complete a detailed application, providing information about their academic achievements, extracurricular activities and interests, motivation, and financial status. The College Bound Selection Committee reviews completed scholarship applications and the top students are invited to personal interviews. The scholarships average $2,000 per school year for up to four years.

2008 Alpha Gamma Pi Sorority, Inc. Scholarships Application
The Monarch Awards Foundation (Xi Nu Omega Chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha
Sorority, Inc.) – The Foundation is pleased to offer a scholarship of up to
$3,000 to a 2008 graduating senior currently attending a Chicago Metropolitan
Area High School. To be considered, the applicant must plan to attend an
accredited four-year college/university in the summer/fall of 2008; and have a
minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 (4.0 scale) or a 4.0 (5.0 scale). Both female and
male students are encouraged to apply. Application deadline is June 7, 2008
(postmarked).
