Mrs. Ruzich is in her 12th year as a School Psychologist. She earned her Master's and Educational Specialist degrees in School Psychology at Ball State University. She also earned her Master's in Educational Leadership through Concordia University. Mrs. Ruzich provides support for students who are experiencing a variety of barriers to their educational progress. She is a part of the Diverse Learner's team and Payton's tiered-supports team (S^3). Mrs. Ruzich is the sponsor of the Green Ribbon Club, which promotes education and advocacy for mental health. Her special interests include Autism Spectrum Disorder, Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder, Anxiety & Depression in adolescence, systems of support for mental health in the schools, and transition to adulthood for students with disabilities. Mrs. Ruzich is a member of the National Association of School Psychologists and the Illinois Association of School Psychologists.
